⁵ But, they said, not on the holy day, lest any uproar arise among the people.

⁶ When Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, ⁷ there came to him a woman who had an alabaster jar of precious anointing oil, and poured it on his head as he sat at the board.
